This fantastic clock came out a very important estate in the South of Germany near Munich.The style of the fantastic is Black Forest and it looks great!The representation of this clock is a eagle on a rock who want to attack two little doves in a bird's nest while the mother dove is trying to save her little doves.The clock is made of the finest walut and the carvings with many leaves are very fine and highly detailed!The clock work is a 8-days bronze movement,driven by two springs and strikes the half and full hours on a silvered bell.The movement is stamped on the back with " S.Marti-Medaille du Bronze"(Bronze Medal).The walnut dial has black Roman numerals and the brass gilt hands are fantastic !The dimensions are: Height: 24 Inches ,Width: 16,5 Inches and Depth: 8 Inches.
